We spent a day with our friend Florian Chabbal and Cofidis Pro rider Guillaume Martin who is having is altitude camp on Etna. We filmed them and then we took them to our favorite winery on Etna to taste their delicious food and wine. Guillaume is different from what you can expect from a top 10 rider of the Tour de France. He is has a degree in philosophy and he doesn’t talk about cycling all the time. He also likes wine (just a bit of course). Most of all he loves Sicily. This year we will watch him on the TdF and Vuelta on TV… and cheer for him! Alé Guillaume!
